BokaroKart is an online marketplace platform operated by Jharkhand Hardware & Sanitary. Independent sellers use the platform to offer products to customers. Except where Jharkhand Hardware & Sanitary is expressly identified as the seller, products listed by third-party sellers are sold by those sellers and not by BokaroKart itself.

Seller Responsibility

Each seller is responsible for the legality and accuracy of its listings, product authenticity, descriptions, specifications, pricing, stock, invoices, fulfilment, delivery commitments, warranties, representations and compliance with applicable tax, consumer, product and business laws.

Product Information

Product images, descriptions, dimensions, colours, packaging and specifications may originate from sellers, manufacturers or suppliers. Actual products may vary because of manufacturing updates, packaging changes or display differences. Material discrepancies should be reported to the relevant seller.

No Automatic Endorsement

A seller's presence on BokaroKart does not by itself mean that BokaroKart guarantees, endorses or independently verifies every product, statement or representation made by that seller. BokaroKart may nevertheless conduct platform checks, review complaints, restrict listings or sellers and take other action where appropriate.

Fraudulent or Unlawful Seller Conduct

Sellers must not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, counterfeit sales, unlawful activity or regulatory non-compliance through BokaroKart. A seller remains responsible for its own acts, omissions and statutory compliance. BokaroKart may suspend or remove sellers, preserve relevant records, assist with grievance escalation and cooperate with lawful authorities where appropriate or required.

Customer-Seller Disputes

Product, order, delivery, warranty, refund and seller-service disputes should first be raised with the seller responsible for the transaction. BokaroKart may provide platform-level assistance or escalation but does not become the seller merely by facilitating the marketplace transaction.

Website Availability

BokaroKart strives to keep the website available and functional, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, connectivity failures or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BokaroKart is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising solely from an independent seller's products, representations or conduct. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes any duty, liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
