BokaroKart is an online marketplace platform operated by Jharkhand Hardware & Sanitary. It enables independent sellers to list products and customers to discover and purchase those products. Except where Jharkhand Hardware & Sanitary is expressly identified as the seller, BokaroKart is not the seller of products listed by third-party sellers.

Seller of Record

The e-shop or seller identified on the product, order and invoice is responsible for that sale. Third-party sellers are independent businesses and are responsible for their products, listings, prices, stock, product descriptions, representations, fulfilment, invoices, warranties, after-sales commitments and compliance with laws applicable to their business and products.

Products and Information

Product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, availability and seller-specific offers are provided or maintained for the relevant seller. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, lawful and not misleading. Customers should verify important specifications and suitability before purchase.

Pricing, Offers and Coupons

Prices, stock and offers may change. Seller coupons, referral benefits and other seller-specific promotions apply only to the seller that issued them unless expressly stated otherwise. A coupon or referral code of one seller cannot be used for another seller's products.

Orders and Payments

Orders are placed with the seller identified for the relevant products. Payment methods and verification may vary by seller. Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment-reference information. A seller is responsible for verifying payments received by that seller and for processing its orders in accordance with the applicable order workflow.

Delivery and Fulfilment

Delivery areas, charges, timelines and fulfilment conditions may differ between sellers. The relevant seller is responsible for fulfilling and delivering its order, subject to the information displayed during checkout and circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Warranty, Returns and Refunds

Manufacturer warranties, seller warranties, returns, cancellations, replacements and refunds are subject to the applicable product, seller commitments, this website's policies and applicable law. Customers should first contact the seller shown for the order for product or order-related issues.

Seller Compliance

Each seller is responsible for maintaining required registrations, licences, tax compliance, invoices, product permissions, consumer disclosures and other statutory or regulatory obligations applicable to that seller and its products. Sellers must not use BokaroKart for unlawful, fraudulent, counterfeit, misleading or prohibited activity.

BokaroKart's Platform Role

BokaroKart provides marketplace technology, discovery, order-flow and related platform services. The presence of a seller on BokaroKart does not by itself constitute an endorsement or guarantee of every representation made by that seller. BokaroKart may review complaints, facilitate communication, restrict or remove sellers or listings, preserve records, cooperate with lawful authorities and take other platform-level action where appropriate or required by law.

Disputes and Grievances

Customers should first raise product, order, payment, delivery, warranty, cancellation, refund and seller-service concerns directly with the relevant seller through that seller's Contact Us page. The concerned seller shall be primarily responsible for resolving disputes relating to its products, orders, payments, fulfilment, delivery, warranties, cancellations, refunds and services.

If an issue concerns the operation of the BokaroKart platform itself or requires platform-level escalation, customers may contact BokaroKart at jhsbokaro@gmail.com. BokaroKart may facilitate communication, review relevant platform records or take appropriate platform-level action. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right, liability or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing seller identity, product specifications, compatibility, measurements, delivery information and other material details before ordering, and for keeping their account and payment credentials secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BokaroKart is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from the acts, omissions, products, representations or services of an independent seller. This limitation does not exclude any liability or obligation imposed on BokaroKart by applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and the use of the BokaroKart platform shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any jurisdiction, forum or remedy that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law, any dispute, claim or proceeding relating to BokaroKart, its platform, services, policies or use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bokaro, Jharkhand.

Product, order, payment, delivery, warranty, cancellation, refund or other transaction-related disputes should first be raised directly with the concerned seller. Where a dispute concerns BokaroKart's platform or requires platform-level escalation, BokaroKart may assist through its grievance process.
