Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases of verified manufacturing defects. Products are not eligible for return merely due to change of mind, incorrect selection, size preference, or other reasons not related to manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing Defects

Customers must inform BokaroKart within the applicable time period after delivery and provide necessary details, photographs, or other supporting information for verification.

After verification of the defect, BokaroKart may provide a suitable replacement or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Non-Eligible Products

Products that have been used, installed, altered, modified, damaged due to improper handling, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Products specially ordered or procured as per customer requirements may not be eligible for cancellation or return.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be considered before the order has been dispatched or processed for delivery. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method used for the order. The time taken for the refund to reflect may depend on the customer's bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
